Mini bike starting problems please anyone help!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have a mini bike not a chopper like a crotch rocket its 110cc.
Ok so i bought a battery and a new spark plug and new fuse but wont turn over electric start can only push start wat could be the problem i hooked it all up rite and set the spark plug to please help!!!!!!!!!!!1
 
Could be a problem with the carb. Check to make sure its not flooded, or it could just use a good cleaning!
