I am usually on the Thyroid Board......
I am newly diagnoised with a Milk Allergy and I am in shock......I had a positive RAST test and am now trying to learn about milk/dairyfree eating.
I had a severe allergic reaction to Ice Cream
and ended up in the emergency room 2 weeks ago......thought I would come up positive for nuts or chocolate but not Milk.
I am in my 50's and have never had any problems before this other that some GI problems that I never connected to Milk products... I love Milk, cheese, yougurt and ice cream......oh well....
I am finding Milk is in about everything we eat..........I got some great information from another board and am just reaching out for more information..
