military uniform of the navy?

why is the navy getting rid of the crackerjack uniform. thats part of navy tradition. i was told they are getting rid of the service crackerjacks for a new year round service uniform
 
No they are not getting rid of the crackerjack uniform. What they have done is replace the green camis with blue digital ones and replacing the utilities & winter blues/summer whites with a year round Khaki shirt/black pants.
