to get it fixed? m husband went awol last year for a month. turned himself in and went to the "brig" to serve his time. he got an other then honorable discharge from military in september. he got arrested on christmas for that awol warrant. military never cleared it from their system and hes stuck in jail. what can i do to fix it? and will he need to go to court or will military's paperwork be enough?
