Military Recruiters Only! Question About Enlistment?

I am looking to enlist in the Marines but have flat feet. Is it still true that those with flat feet are barred from service? I thought this might be a myth, but i'm unsure? I dont have pain in my feet or anything and I meet the PT enlistment standards.

The causes for rejection for appointment, enlistment, and induction (without an approved waiver) are an authenticated history of:
Current symptomatic pes planus (acquired (734) or congenital (754.6)) or history of pes planus corrected by prescription or custom orthotics is disqualifying.
