Ok, basically about a month ago I was arrested and charged with a felony, possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram (ecstasy). My court date won't be for another 6 months, so until then I have nothing on my record.
Were I to go join the marines right now, what would happen upon me going to court and being found guilty? Would I be discharged? Thanks
