Military Punishment for Adultrey?

Just a question, I am currently in the military and deployed to Iraq, I found out my wife was having a "Emotional Affair" as she calls it. For over 6 months. I have a copy of all the phone records showing over hundreds of texts a month and 4000+ min a month talking to this guy. He is a WO1 in the National guard, she is enlisted. Is there anything I can do on this matter? I know it would fall under conduct unbecoming, but there is such a grey area these days. Either way I know that even the National Guard falls under the UCMJ. Just trying to figure out if I am going to go after this guy and slam him or not. Thanks for any and all responses.
Forgot to mention I do have a copy of a voicemail he left her saying that he just called to tell her he loved her. Also I do know they "kissed" not sure of anything else. In the end they will both get slammed for it. I am just putting my foot down saying I will not stand for this crap.
 
Ask someone in jag, but some laws are now considered "antiquated", and won't come to bear any weight on the issue. Seems like it really depends on how the facts are presented and the policy of the judge presiding, so the grounds look like for divorce, but not much more.
