Military drug test vs. Home drug test?

I haven't smoked for 26 days and I have no scheduled physical at meps. But I want to schedule one asap. I am thinking of going to buy a home drug test from walgreens which I'm pretty sure I will pass because I workout about 5-6 times a week and am in great shape. I know that the military drug test is much more sensitive but how much in comparison to the take home tests. Also I understand that I can send the walgreens take home test into a lab to get it tested. But hoe sensitive do they test?

Please don't give me ways to mask my urine because I plan on not smoking for the rest of my life.

Your totally good especially since you work out. If they ask If you've ever smoked Its alright to tell them you have but you dont have to.
The second answer is soooo full of it. I swear,they NEVER do hair samples. Thats so rediculous.
 
Prob twice as accurate as the home test.

Keep in mind they don't always use urine they can do the hair follicle test or blood work.
