I have this problem. I bought the 2 minute miracle exfoliating gel from Ice Elements and it seems to be working nicely on these. No scrubs or glycolic aciRAB in the past have really helped my problem. Tehy seemd to not do anything or only irritate my skin making it worse, but this seems to be doing the trick over time. I'm sure I have layers upon layers of nasty blocked pores and gunk that have built up during the time I was using other exfoliants that weren't doing their job.

I was told apple cider vinegar was the easy home remedy to this terribly annoying problem. I have really never had any problems with acne or anything as a teenager, but now, at 21, I have these god awful things all over my entire forehead and on the sides of my cheeks and my nose. My skin, which is usually baby soft and acne free feels scaly and has an awful texture.

I was desperate for anything to get rid of them. I read about apple cider vinegar and I bought what I thought were capsules from the Vitamin Shoppe and I figured I would just squeeze them on my face and rub it in. But, when I got home, I found they were small tablets.

This actually worked out more in my favor. I got about 5 or 6 tablets and soaked them in water with a tiny bit of soap added in. After about an hour, it all dissolved into an excellent facial scrub. I applied it to my face and let it dry like a facial and kept it on all night and I wash it off with a simple toner in the morning. I have done this the past two nights, and it has worked wonders. My millia are almost gone completely. I moisturize in the morning with Eucerin/Aquaphor so that my makeup goes on smoothly and i have a layer protecting my face, and my millia should be gone within the next few days.

So, in short, apple cider vinegar is the best.

You can actualy buy liquid apple cider vinager in most supermarkets, next to the normal vinager
