Hi,

I am 27 years old, bang on my ideal weight but generally not a very active person (i sit down alot).

Over the past couple of months I had been having some minor issues with my bowels, and after a period of "oh dear ive got cancer" I realised it was more than likely to do with my diet.

I was basically constipated and had stomach pains, including quite bad back ache spreading completely across my lower back (where the pelvic area starts).

Well I am still having minor problems with my bowels (but much much much better), stomach pains have gone and so has the bad back ache. But I am still having some small amounts of blood on the toilet paper when I wipe, but again I know for a fact that I have piles.

Now the problem I have is I have a very dull pain on the right hand side of my lower back which is constantly there most of the time. It's not painful, or even mildly annoying. But I thought after two weeks with this it should have gone by now.

Now I do have a pretty poor posture, I always slouch in my chair which I don't know whether this is contributing to it. I also find that my coccyx
(tail bone) is sometimes quite tender, but again I think this is when I've been slouching as the majority of my weight seems to be pushing on that area.

I suppose my question is, am I same to presume that the back ache is more than likely to do with my posture.

Thanks
