MIDI Keyboard or Controller?

Hello.

I've started to get a little tired of using my mouse to control everything while i'm creating music. Clicking, clipping and re-adjusting sound bars is starting to take its toll on me, so I've decided to invest in something to make it a little easier.

My Question is; What's better? A Midi Keyboard or Midi Controller. I've read a little about both and can't seem to make up my mind as to which I should buy.

My budget is about £130 or $200.

If anyone could give me a bit of input as to the different features of each, I would very much appreciate that too.
