So today I finally have to chose a Dj Console I want for xmas.
Ive read 100s of reviews on each one, I did my study and I cant chose !!!
My budget is 400 euros. Now here is my dilemma - I want something that looks good, but performance isn't total crap, but mainly, something I can perform with LIVE, I dont want ot be buying something new any time soon. And btw Im interested in mixing electro+trance+top 40 at parties
Xponent - many bad reviews, plastic, TORQ is supposedly horrible
Mixtrack+soundcard - looks awesome, good reviews but plp on these forums advice to stay away form it
Hercules Steel + soundcard - this is a real dilemma. Some totally advise it, while others say the Hercules brand is a crap company. Good thing, it has tons of buttons and the build quality. But looks just plain bad ... im not considering getting the RMX as I can get a better soundcard (i want the DJiO cuz of the mix input)
Also, sure I could get the VCL100, but IM a total noob and spending around 400 something euros (with soundcard) is a bit too much. Also I read the Mixtrack with soundcard can be just as good really.
The mixtrack has caught my eye, looks rly awesome.
So any final words on any of the above mentioned controllers ? Advice ? Tips ?
