Middle school gym ?!?

-my gym teacher really works up hard. some days we do a 15 minute run and if anybody in the class stops we have to stop and do pushups, we use total gyms, willdo like 5 or 6 sets of 100 jumps
using jump ropes, if have done 5 sets of 15 push ups after 15 min. runs, in the spring we have to run a mile in under 10 min. and when spring comes we will be running like a mile or even more a day....but anyway my question is how can i make itmnot so hard..& i am in shape but its still hard....i have it at 8:30 in the morning and ive gotton to the point to wbere im dizzy and cant see straight. BTW i am in 7th grade so yeah...also besides using deodorant and perfume how can i smell really good afterwards??? we dont have showers and dont even have 5 minutes to change in/out of our gym uniforms to regular clothes.
