I'm going to public school this year (8th grade) for the first time in 3 years and the school dress code says "....sagging, holes, or tears in pant or shorts, and very short skirts or shorts are also inappropriate." I'm fine with the short skirts/shorts rule but I was wondering what counts as holes in your jeans. Is it okay if they're just distressed but they cover up skin or is that inappropriate too?
