Middle School Dance. Me. Not good dancer. HELP!?

I have my second middle school dance this friday, and now that I look back on the recent one, I think I made my self look like a looser(I think) I'm not sure if I looked as easy going as other people. And I dont really know how to dance with boys(slow,regular..or..grind).....I don't want to make a fool of myself infront of potential friends....HELP!!

I am someone who can really relate. But who can realy dance thease days. dont be shy. if ppl think you cant dance look at them . be confident and dance ur butt off dont worry about ppl.
