Mid-high level phone

Budget of around $350, but wanting to spend less.
Wi-fi is great, but not a must, however a camera of atleast 1 mp is.

I'm looking at the
Samsung Blackjack(I600)
and the W850i.

Now, I'm in Canada, so I'd need something that'll have decent service here.
Any opinions appreciated =)

You said, wi-fi, that would not necessarily fir a mid-level phone's description.... for under 350$ no contract... If you are starting new service, then it's possible...
