It is a MYTH that microwaves cook from the inside out. No matter what kind of food you try to microwave, the outside will be boiling, while the inside still freezing cold.
And not to mention one side of the food being ruined from over-microwaving, and the other side still cold. and they are NOT convenient at all, they take forever to cook anything.
So who here has realized that microwaves don't cook from the inside out? because they do NOT.
And another thing, microwaves were never designed to cook food, they were designed to cook the plate you have the food on. Usually the food is still cold while the plate is too hot to touch with bare hands. Why is that? Why wouldn't they just design microwaves to cook food instead of the plate?
