Microsoft Word (used on MAC OS X): How to save my document with pictures?

It seems to be that when i save my word document files when i preview them it seems as if some of the pictures are missing.

How can i perserve ALL MY PICS within my Word document with the text included? I want all pictures to be in the same position on each page...
