I installed a trial for MS office 2011 professional, and everything worked completely fine, until I tried using word. It crashes continuously, and will rarely let me press more than a few buttons before becoming unresponsive.
None of the solutions people have offered seem to have helped!
- I changed my printer to a local default
- deleted the data key
- Deleted the temp files
- changed and then deleted the normal.old
- tried repairing with office
- uninstalled and reinstalled
And still nothing, it just keeps crashing. It works fine in safe mode, and I haven't even had a chance to install any add-ins. Just to see whether it was that version, I downloaded the full office professional and the same thing happens, things like one note are running perfectly fine but word just continuously crashes!
Help, anyone!?
