Microsoft paint help please?

I'm on microsoft paint at the moment and here's what I did:
1. I used Print Screen on my keyboard to take a picture of a web page.
2. I pasted it into microsoft paint.
3. I cropped the picture of the web page down to the picture I wanted.

I want to put this picture on my blog, but if I do it'll upload a picture with my picture in the corner and the rest of it white. If I enlarge the picture in the corner it's so fuzzy it's unrecognisable! Please help me!
 
Close that picture, open Paint again & Ctrl V to re paste the same screen shot.
Now go to Image then Resize/Skew and change the size of the whole screen rather than just cutting into the one that is there.
