When they do this, they get the pilot to 'buzz' the city, in a 'no fly zone' they are indifferent to the worry and near panic that this causes the people in the city to experience.

Yeah, I bet Democratic candidate John EdwarRAB and his supporters are laughing their ass off at how much of a joke the National Enquirer is when they broke the story about him cheating on his wife with cancer and fathering an illegitimate baby with the woman then illegally using campaign funRAB to try to pay her off.
