MI laws minor(16) dating someone over 18?

I am trying to figure out what the laws of dating for minors are in michigan. I am 16 and have always dated men older than me by about 3 or more years so my parents are alright with the idea of me dating someone who is older.
In the case that i am 16 an he is turning 21 in a few months, but we are less then 5 years apart?- what are the laws in this case.

And are there any documents my parents could sign to say they would allow the relationship and for it to also be physical?
 
You're dating older men but you sound pretty immature for your age. You can easily look up laws and/or call a local attorney and they'll tell you everything you need to know about the situation. Most likely, it'll be construed as rape.
