well my hubby is half mexican.. and i want to kind of carry on mexican culture.. i know girls cant date or wear make-up till there 16..... so what are some other cultures??
la dia de los muertos is part of their culture. it's a holiday. i don't know what you have been hearing, but i see many latinas wearing loads of makeup before the age of 16 and dating like at age 11
