I bought a metro phone not to long ago from a small metro store. I am having probs with the phone. The phone will not turn on unless it is plugged in and when i unplugg it the phone will turn off. There is no outside damage to the phone and it is in mint condition. It has a one year warranty on the phone but i can not find my recepit though. SO my qustion is if i go to the small metro store where i bought it at will the print me out a recept so i can go to the main metro store down the street so they can either repair it or replace it????
