Metro PCS CellPhone Bill HELPP!?

I paid my Metro PCS Bill online with a credit card. It said wait two hours before the phone comes back on back its been around 12 hours and the phone isnt on? They didnt ask for a account number or anything I just put the telephone number and the credit card info. They took the money off the card too. What should I do?

Contact Metro PCS Customer Care and they can check to see if the credit card was charged for the amount on your bill on your account. They can tell you if the credit card transaction process went through or not.
