im not sure - we dont have ultram in the UK. If you use the search feature on these boarRAB then you'll find a nuraber of posts giving advice on things to help alleviate the withdrawals etc.
I went through methadone withdrawals nearly a year ago - its the best thing i've ever done. When done properly that is.
