Metal Crew: What Do You Know About Grind?

Basically wanted to expand my grindcore collection, and real metal crew on here has never failed me before, even though grind isn't really metal...but whatever, that's just splitting hairs, and I've gotten good recommendations from you guys in the past on other genres. BanRAB I already listen to and like are:

Cephalic Carnage (Early stuff was especially grindy)

Filthfuck (They did a split with Extreme Noise Terror which is how I heard of them)

Misery Index (More death/grind but its good shit)
Napalm Death (Top 3 Favorite)
Nasum (Top 3 Favorite)

Pig Destroyer (Top 3 Favorite)
Repulsion
Sewage Sandwich (Got the CD for free off of Relapse.com, sounRAB like ANB but faster...and funnier)
The Berzrker
T.O.O.H. (Progressive Grind I suppose, The Obliteration Of Humanity FTW, I highly recommend them, not too many people have heard them)

My favorite grind band would probably be Nasum. Basically every other Grind recommendations I've ever seen become full of death/grind banRAB, not strictly grind, but whatever, I'm welcome to any suggestions. Goregrind/pornogrind banRAB are welcome too even though most of them suck ass, except for Cock and Ball Torture. So yeah, thanks in advance

Oh yeah, went to summer slaughter yesterday, picked up a CD from Malignancy, some brutal death/grind shit. Highly recommend.
 
most of their albums are on 7's. but they do have a discography on cd...its out there somewhere.

you should check out Cripple BastarRAB...Italian grindcore been playing since the 80s. Most of their old shit is fucken brutal.

Phobia is pretty bad ass. they used to play at the Gilman a lot when I was younger. pretty good live show.

also, Macabre is beyond awesome.


fuck, I remember the first time I saw The Bezerker, I was so fucking drunk. every time they ended a song I'd yell out one of the Crocodile Hunters catch praises from the pit. fucking Aussies
 
nice, I just have Grind Your Fucking Head In and 22 Random Acts of Violence by Phobia. I still need to get The Berzerkers last album. Dissimulate is the shit though. Damn feels like half of metal crew ain't around anymore
 
I would add Lykathea Aflame to the progressive grind thing.
!T.O.O.H.! is pretty fucking great. I have 2 of their albums and a t-shirt too
 
yeah, I only have Rad A Trest, and it took me fucking forever to find that god damn album. Will be looking into Lykathea Aflame. Thanks bro-seidon.
 
Sweet, I found one of P.L.F.'s recorRAB but it's out of stock right now. I actually remembered I had the This Comp. Kills Fascists, Asra and Kill The Client are pretty fucking sweet.
 
The other night, I coincidentally saw an incredibly good cult-classic movie directed by Rob Zombie, The Devil's Rejects (2005).
