Messenger for Palm OS

Through my research for a connected device, I noticed that you can get versions/ports of MSN messenger for symbian devices, and I think there's a beta out there for Treo.

Is there such an application for the T3?

There are some goodish ones out there for Palms, although they cost too much in my opinion.
A long while ago I was impressed by VeriChat:

but they charge $25 for just one years use! You have to pay again after the year is up.. It's worth using the free trial though.
The free alternatives were totally hopeless a couple of years ago. It may have changed, but there's certainly no free ones I can recommend.
This looks interesting for $10, but I haven't tried it:

I'm afraid I use msn on my Pocket PC for IM :(

Anyone else got any recommendations?

you can also try QuickIM (http://www.quickim.com). QuickIM offers instant messaging on the MSN network with some unique features such as handling multiple users chat sessions (other users should be invited by the PC user in the current version). QuickIM is an one time fee software, there is no annual fee.
