"Messenger configuration incomplete"?

I have a w760a Sony Errisson, and recently my phone shut off by its self and restarted. Then as I tried to sign on my msn it said "Messenger configuration incomplete" and i tried to complete it by pressing the yes option, but it doesn't do anything. my internet also doesn't work but my mom said that she dint turn it off...What could be the problem? If you know PLEASE answer, i only use my phone for IMing, it drops calls and doesn't send half of my text messages.

sounds like something is wrong with your data connection. does it behave differently when you go someplace other than home? if not I would call your service provider, there may be something wrong with the phone.
