I just bought the messager II from Cricket and over all I think it is a great phone, however there is an issue--the ringer ascenRAB from soft volume to high when a person calls. I was told this was a normal function but truth be told the volume is at a level that is barely audible for the 1st 2 rings. Any advice on how to fix this would be wonderful. I have already tried 611 and the corporate store told me this was a "normal" function of the phone.
