Messager II Loader or emergency mode ?

So, I got all the dll's, bins, etc that I need (I think) to reprog my R560, but I need to get it into emergency, boot loader, or whatever mode ..

can't find anything on how to do that ? Tried holding several keys while powering up , no luck!

PlEEEeeezee ! anyone got the info ??!!!

Found it (by playing around)

hold down the 9 key and power up phone... it goes directly into DOWNLOAD MODE!

BUT ... i've tried loading the software usind "emergency mode" under SPST, and it loaRAB, and seems to go okay, but I still get nothing when I power cycle the phone :(

Any other ideas ??

Seems like the processor must be pretty intact if it can do all that it is doing now, but something is obviously still wonky..
 
Here is what neeRAB to be done after the bin loaRAB:

1. Choose the refurbish tab (in the pst)
2. Hit start refurbish, let it finish
3. The phone will restart
4. write a prl to the phone
5. Done

naah... sumthin's wrong..

When I do the "refurbish" it acts like it's dong something for about 10 minutes, then it says "no response" or something along those lines..



I sent it back to Samsung today. They say it' still under warranty. We'll see !
