Message: Check Multimedia Settings

Hi, i have a Nokia 6230i and now I keep getting the message CHECK MULTIMEDIA SETTINGS every couple of hours and I just have to click OK everytime it comes up.. dont know why this is coming up, I had the phone for about a month and it never started untill yesterday..

I bought the phone in europe, so it was unlocked, and now im using it with tmobile... so any suggestions?
 
Check your outbox, there is prob a Multimedia message in there trying to send itself over and over, and because it was on a different network, unless you changed the settings it wont work, that should sort it!
