Anyone seen this film about notorious french gangster Jacques Mesrine?

I missed the second part when it was in the cinema, so will have to watch it on DVD. Thanks you've just reminded me of it.

Vincent Cassel is superb in the film

Absolutely brilliant film. Seen both parts and it's phenomenal. Vincent Cassel is superb as Mesrine.

Why this film hasn't been nominated as Best Foreign Film at this year's Oscar's i have no idea! Totally under-rated and in my eyes much better than A Prophet.

I probably wouldnt have gone to the cinema to watch it, but i also got it through Lovefilm.

The first part is fantastic, the second not so fantastic but still a wonderful film on the whole. Vincent Cassell is absolutely wonderful in it. Have my lovely blu ray with both films on. Yay.

Cassel is superb in both and so is Depardieu in the first.
