Mercury tracer 1993 Not Starting?

My tracer is cranking but will not fire up, the spark plugs are not sparking, I've replaced spark plugs and coil pack. When removing the ht leads ive made sure they are in the correct place (firing order)

buy a new car man that thing is to old and that mite be the prob
