mercury sable2002 3L V6 12 valve?

This car bucks when going up a long hill sometimes two or three times as if you turned the ign. off and on. This has new plugs new fuel filter and trans.oil and filter.This car does not ever set a code.None of this helped. (note) about 6 months back tried to start this car.finally started but ran very rough.It set a code crankshaft position sensor. I cleared this code and it started and ran fine until about 1 month ago when it started up hill bucking.Fuel press.50psi Hose on. Hose off 55 psi.
 
Remove your air intake snorkel (rubber). Thoroughly clean your throttle body and plate, make sure that they are free moving and factory clean (use Gum-out) Notice that there is a device here with a snap type wiring harness. This is the idle air control valve. It is held in place with 2 8mm screws. Remove these screws to access the valve. Flip the valve over, and clean it thoroughly. Re-install the valve. Oil vapors collect here and can cause idle and power issues. Also, check your fuel pressure regulator. If you remove the little vacuum hose and gas spurts out, it is bad and needs replacing!!! good Luck!
