I downloaded mercury messenger for my mac, since it looked like the best messenger for mac program I could find. However, whenever I try to use my webcam or when I try to receive webcam, it doesn't load, why is this? Every review I have read says it works but it doesn't work with me, even though the light on the camera came on.
