Mercury in Cancer - good or bad?

Are there more pros OR cons to this placement? Generally speaking.
I agree, Mars. Too much feelings in the thought process. A water mercury can be really frustrating at times. lol Thanks.
 
Well a water placement for Mercury, I have one too, makes you more compassionate, caring. In Cancer, it makes you particularly receptive to other people's thoughts and feelings. Take note of when you unnecessarily take on too much from others emotionally, don't unknowingly commit yourself to saving everyone. It also makes your a nurturer. It suggests the desire to look after others. Your ability to remember feelings from situations should be very strong too.
