...sex with quite a few times,? and who has told you that she is in love with you. This is a girl you are not interested in. Would you call her up all the time and miss her when you're away? Or would you avoid her and let her call you?
 
Yes id be friends as long as she understood it wouldnt go beyond friendship and sex.
