Have there ever been any cartoons, especially in recent years, in which the male character outwitted his female counterpart?

Stan managed to outwit Francine a couple of times in "American Dad"

One where Francine pretended to kidnap Roger in an effort to show that Stan cares about him, which backfired because Francine called from her cell phone and Stan has caller ID.

Another had Francine trying to have Stan open up to her, and he does, which gets to the point where Stan tells her that he killed her friend's husband. This turned out to be a cover story he and Roger made up to get her to stop annoying him.

Tale Spin had one where Becky was yelling at Baloo for believing some guy was a valet and ended up stealing and trashing her car. Throughout the ep, a guy named Jack who claimed to be a spy had them fly to Thembria to exchange a package. Becky kept believing he was, while Baloo wasn't convinced. She eventually found out that Baloo was right and on the way back to Cape Suzette, she was heard apologizing to him.
