...to take a hike? If you dont know what the friendzone is, look it up. If you are or have been in this position, as i have, would you agree its the worst place to be in any kind of "relationship"? Being stuck as a friend with no hope of a romantic development; being used by the girl as an emotional tampon, as she screws some bad boy and complains to you...if you were in this position, would you cut off all contact with the girl, or would you keep on being used and settle for being her platonic friend she whines to?

Thoughts?--- Id tell the girl to get lost---and i have.

id be friends but it wouldnt be the same so yeah take a fuckin hike.

I'd tell the girl to get lost as well. I don't have time for a woman who is not trying to take me seriously in return. I have yet to get my younger brother to join the club. He has been kissing this girl's @ss for the past 6 years. They are "best friends" yet he does more for her than he has for any of his girlfriends. Yet he tells me that they never even kissed or had sex. Whatever. He's just waiting for the day where she will ask him to be her man. He better not hold his breath!

Haha I am in the friend zone with tooooo many girls. Only 5-6 take me seriously. Well the 5-6 are the cutest so I'm fine exactly where I am XD

If i did like the girl or something and she keep telling me about guys and it DOES bother me then i won't be able to take it and take a hike.
but i have a chick friend who tells me all her stuff and it never bothered me, so she's still a friend....
bottom line.
if ya can't stand it, enough to put it on yahoo answers. just let her gooooo

I've been friendzoned by every girl I've ever met. One of my friendzoners is probably oblivious to the fact that I like her. She made it clear from day 1 that I wasn't her type (because I asked)... and that's fine. It's not like I'll ever get a chance, but it makes me really irritated when I compliment her and she shrugs it off like a dude. It makes you very aware of where you stand with a person when they show absolutely no interest in you or any appreciation for flattery. It SUCKS! Lol. She's really cool, but the fact that I like her makes it hard for us to remain friends, and I'm seriously considering just backing off quietly. I have several female friends, but I dislike friendships where my masculinity is entirely stripped away. So in your case, if you really like her... tell her to take a hike. She's too oblivious to ever requite your bourgeoning feelings for her.
