Men, help me out. Looking for the perfect diet/exercise schedule?

I made a decision, recently. I have decided to try switching over to more suitable food, for health's sake.

Basically, what I need is a diet that is healthy, and helps gain weight(I'm a little on the skinny side), and a daily exercise regime that builds up muscle, especially in the arms and chest area.

No powders or anything. Just good, healthy foods.
