i have a 2003 jeep liberty i just had a friend put in a rack and pinion and had it alignment done on it. and they said it had a memory steer issue on it. the steering wheel does not go back to zero but it isn't far off maybe at 2 o'clock, it feels a little loose but does not make make any noises while i turn. i had the suspension checked out by a couple shops before i fixed the rack and pinion and they said everything was ok. any idea's?
