Memorials, Can anyone help me??? please.?

I'm trying to find information on the new military service memorial, I remember seeing it on TV, when it was opened by the Queen, probably back in November, but not really sure when, I think it's somewhere in Staffordshire, if anyone out there in Yahooland knows the name and/or location of this memorial, I would appreciate your help??????????? Thanks.
