I liked the way that the story was told!!!Very original!!!!!!I enjoyed the surprise at the end too.!!!!

Well, I just watched it again after years. It's still fascinating, confusing and very, very good.

I was still struck by Lenny's emotional journey from one moment to the next. The tangled web of who's manipulating who and since when is still as crazy as ever.

The one thing that doesn't really make sense is that Lenny tatooed John's car license. So after killing Teddy, who would he kill next?

Chris, you won't ruin it by watching it in order cuz you already watched the original and know what's going to happen. The original is always the best but the one in order gives you insight on how things came to be. :)

I finally watched it this past weekend, really liked it.

I think watching it in order would ruin it severely. I won't do it.

Thanks, lol.

I don't think we should take a test to get to the special features, lol.

What do you mean you can't find the DVD? In stores? There's a loaded Special Edition DVD but it's not sold everywhere they sell DVDs, though. Online Amazon has it.

:)

I agree, I love Memento.

I think Teddy was telling the truth. Leonard is Sammy (not literally, of course), but Lenny's story is actually his that they do have similar memory problems, but he cloaks it as Sammy's since he felt guilty (or is in denial about) being the one who actually murdered his wife by injecting her with insulin. Leonard seems to have this problem of believing what he wants to be true or remember, hence the missing pages in his file. In the first few minutes, after killing Teddy, he destroys the Polaroid of a dead Teddy. It's basically his only objective in life: looking for his wife's killer is all he has, once he does find out the killer, there's really no purpose for him to do. He'll eventually find another John G to do the same.

Of course, I haven't seen this movie in awhile, so...

I can't find any DVDs of this movie, although I have watched it already. :( I loved how this ended, very powerful and well, kind of appropriate, too, I guess. I actually found the short story version in an Esquire that I have. Anybody else read it?

[sp]See, I've been able to get to the pictures of the woman changing the flat tire...but I can't seem to get past that.[/sp]

wow... i LOVED this movie... my dad had it for a long time, and finally the other night, he was like "you should watch this..." let me say, i wasn't disappointed at all...

even though you saw the ending first, you were still guessing throughout the entire movie, and the end was such a weird twist...

overall, it was one of the most original movies i've seen in a while, and i LOVED it!
