Melbourne Aus - Looking for a business partner - Recording studio?

I have a few different businesses and recently have had to put my recording studio business on hold because I am just too busy to run the businesses AND do the doing part in the studio. I'm looking for a business partner to bring a few things to the table. Studio Recording experience, a location...but not necessary as I have an idea, time and money to get involved in a start-up business and the passion and patience to succeed. I have the money, most of the equipment,but not got the time to do the doing. I also have a differentiated business model and plan that I have proven on a small scale.
