this math riddle is called "River Crossing" and it goes like this:
Four people have to cross a river. They only have two kayaks so only two people can cross at a time. One person can bring both kayaks back. When two people are crossing the river, they can only get across in as much time as the slowest person can go (the faster crosser cannot pull the slower crosser).
Phil can cross the river in 1 min.
Karen can cross in 2 mins.
Stinky (yes, stinky lol) can cross in 5 mins.
Bubba can cross in 10 mins.
How can they all get across in 17 mins.?
