I just got my h1b visa approved and am leaving by next year. I only worry about the validity of my medical exam since I took it last June 2010 and some say it's only valid for 6months. Do I really have to secure another medical exam before I leave since if it's really true that it expires after 6months, then mine expires on January. Where or to whom do I need to present it? Should I inform anyone about it like the embassy?
