I have Medicaid traditional. I have a medicine that I have been on for many yrs that works great! It cost One hundred and twenty-eight dollars a month. When my Medicaid started at the beginning of October they refused to pay for this medicine and insisted my doctor try me one a different medicine. This new medicine does not work for me and cost three hundred and fifty dollars a month!! Any advice on how to get the insurance to do what is should an pay for the cheaper more effective medication? I have tried calling and talking to them, the woman flat out told me I was wasting my breath.
