actually my family moved to the usa from worst korea when i was 3 years old. their first time ever being there and we got our visas and applied for our citizenship. took a long 10-12 years before we finally got our permanent resident green card approval and a couple years later we all took the citizenship test and passed. so yes pretty legal if you ask me.

You're not far from the truth. A buddy of mine owns 5 rent to own stores (ColorTyme), and they cater to blacks as 95% of their customer base. Rims, TVs, and Sofas are his most rented items. He has a killer house in the burbs, totally paid off in less than 10 years.
