we're seeing how media can effect young girls when it comes to dieting. im 15 and doing a project on anorexia- including a video of what i can eat, cant eat, how much exercise, sleep etc and seeing my health deteriorate. has anyone got any tips on how i can stay anorexic and get into the state of mind for just a few days for this? yes, i KNOW its not good for me. answers here
